1.1 Age Requirement

1.4 KYC Verification

2.1 Account Security

2.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499com platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, along with forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any promotional restriction.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated advantage play designed to defraud 499com or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the 499com platform, its games, or its payment infrastructure.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Engaging in any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the 499com platform.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, regardless of that third party's age or relationship to you.

2.3 Account Closure

499com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that it is otherwise necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits made to 499com must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 499com does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are typically credited to your 499com wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and participating Bangladesh internet banking services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. • Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as these General Bonus Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 499com reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players found to have claimed a welcome bonus more than once will have the duplicate bonus and associated winnings removed.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined due to a system error, the round will be voided and stakes returned. 499com is not liable for any internet connection issues on the player's side that result in disconnection from an active game session.
